Clean Sheet Covered RV Storage Design
Redd Storage 400 is a brand new facility completed in May 2024. It was designed specifically with access, security and maneuverability in mind. Shaped like a giant "V" with 30 foot, 40 foot and 50 foot deep storage units, Redd Storage 400 has limited the number of available storage units to make room for a large central open area. You can easily pull in though the main gate and ease forward to the turnaround area. Line up your tow vehicle and trailer with your space and back straight in.
To facilitate maneuverability even more, the covered structures were engineered with special roof trusses that allowed the builders to eliminate center poles along the front edge. As such, your space will only have a pole on one side of your space. By comparison, there are twice as many poles along the rear edge.
Those two features go a long way towards reducing the amount of stress associated with reversing into your space, but they also help with exiting your space. You can pull straight forward before turning your vehicle and trailer. That greatly reduces the risk of clipping a structure or another vehicle. Redd Storage 400 offers a variety of sizes including 30 foot, 40 foot and 50 foot deep covered units as well as open spaces. All covered storage units are 12 feed wide.
Covered RV Storage Security
Redd Storage 400 has double security gates. The exterior gate is closed after normal working hours and on weekends. The interior gate is closed at all times. Your access code will work for both gates. The entire facility is fenced-in and monitored with 24 hour video surveillance. Large LED flood lights provide added security. Fire extinguishers are provided at multiple positions and are easily accessible. You won't find a more secure Covered RV Storage or Covered Boat Storage facility.
Amenities and Convenience
To make life a little easier, Redd Storage 400 includes a 20 amp electrical outlet in your rental at no extra charge. We also marked off a dedicated wash station so that you can rinse off your boat or clean your RV. You'll need to bring your own cleaning supplies, but it's a nice touch. We also make it super easy for your reserve your unit and pay your rent on-line.
Location and Access
Since Redd Storage 400 is conveniently located on GA-400, it's super easy to grab your RV or boat and head out of town or head over to the lake. Located a mile or two from Dawson Crossroads shopping, there are plenty of places to stock up on supplies or grab a bite to eat. We're also located very close to the premium outlets if you want to do some shopping for clothes and such.
Making u-turns on GA-400 is very easy and most of the area shopping destinations have room for RVs and truck trailers. Redd Storage 400 is set back off the main road so that you can take your time entering your gate code and pulling forward.
